在庫がある作品のご注文
ショッピングカートにご希望の作品を入れて、チェックアウトへ進んでください。（お支払いはペイパルのみとなります事をご了承下さい。）
お支払い完了の通知が弊社で確認できましたら、出荷の手続きにうつらさせていただきます。
作品がお手元に届きましたらすぐに中身をご確認ください。作品に問題がございましたら返品＆交換のリンクをご参照ください。
既存品のご注文
作品ページをご覧になられた後、欲しい作品全てのシリアルナンバーをメモしてください。
下記のフォームにご記入の上送信してください。
ご注文のお引き受けの可否を折り返しご連絡いたします。
注文が入ってから制作する作品は数ヶ月から半年以上お時間を頂戴することもございます。
カスタム注文
下記フォームにご記入の上ご依頼ください。
弊社担当者からご連絡を差し上げたのち、お客様と担当者間でご依頼品の詳細をやり取りいたします。
注文が入ってから制作する作品は数ヶ月から半年以上お時間を頂戴することもございます。
レプリカを希望するボードのデッキとボトム、フィン、テール部分などのお写真をお送りください。制作が可能な案件かどうか協議の上ご連絡差し上げます。
制作可能であれば、自動的に順番をお待ちいただくリストにお名前を追加し、おおよその制作開始可能時期とPDFの許諾書をお送りいたします。
許諾書にはボードの制作元への製品レプリカ作成の許可、Model Stixがレプリカ作品を宣伝に使用する許可などが含まれます。
許諾書を印刷して、サインを記載の上、ボード制作元へ送付してサインを頂戴してください。
両者のサインがされ完成された許可書の控えはコピーなどをお取りいただいた上で、現物を弊社までご送付いただきますようお願いいたします。
制作開始可能になりましたらご連絡差し上げます。その際におおよその納期、作品制作の代金をお支払いいただきます（弊社からの代金のお支払いなどのご連絡はinfo@modelstix.comからのみです。常に送信元をご確認いただけますよう重ねてお願い申しあげます。）。
代金のと許諾書が揃いましたら、作品の制作に取り掛からせていただきます。
Model Stixは運送会社を利用して作品をお届けいたします。ご自身でピックアップをご希望されるお客様はその旨メールにてご連絡ください。
作品がお手元に届きましたらすぐに中身をご確認ください。作品に問題がございましたら返品＆交換のリンクをご参照ください。
注：注文方法が不明の方はこちらまで（info@modelstix.com）メールでご連絡いただけましたらバイリンガル担当者より折り返しご連絡いたします。
お支払い方法：
既存商品の場合
代金引換、銀行振込、Paypal（HP上のBuy Buttonより英語の操作のみとなります。）のお取り扱いとなっております。
代金引換の場合の流れ
上記のご注文フォームを送信後、弊社担当者とお客様間でご依頼品の詳細について確認作業をいたします。
在庫がある作品をご注文の際は7営業日以内に作品を発送します（ご注文後に制作する作品に関してはそれより長くお時間をいただく場合がございます）。
作品到着時に配送業者に現金にて商品代金と代引手数料をお支払いいただき作品をお受け取りください。
お受け取り後は速やかに作品をご確認いただき、返品や交換をご希望の方は“Return & Exchange”をご一読の上メールにてご連絡ください。
領収書をご要望の方はメールにてご連絡ください。
国外への郵送をご希望の場合は代金引換はご利用いただけません。
銀行振込の場合の流れ
上記のご注文フォームを送信後、弊社担当者とお客様間でご依頼品の詳細について確認作業をいたします。
在庫がある作品をご注文の際はお振込確認後、7営業日以内に作品を発送します（ご注文後に制作する作品に関してはそれより長くお時間をいただく場合がございます）。
お受け取り後は速やかに作品をご確認いただき、返品や交換をご希望の方は“Return & Exchange”をご一読の上メールにてご連絡ください。
領収書をご要望の方はメールにてご連絡ください。

HOW TO ORDER:
For OFF THE SHELF PRODUCTS
Please collect all desired products in the SHOPPING CART and proceed to CHECK OUT (We only accept PAYPAL Payment).
After receiving your order/payment, if the product is in stock, we will move on to the shipping process for “off the shelf” products.
Once you receive the product and if you are not satisfied with the product, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
For products on display but out of stock
Browse through the products page and write down the serial numbers of the product of your choice.
Send in the form below with the desired product serial numbers
We will contact you whether we can take in your order or not.
Product completion and delivery could take several months to more than half a year depending on the busyness of the artist.
For CUSTOM ORDERS
Use the order form shown below to submit your custom order request.
Once you submit your request through the order form, we (info@modelstix.com) will connect with you and confirm the details.
Products made to order will likely take several months to half a year before delivery.
Email us with front and back pictures of your board and fin close ups. We will confirm or deny the possibility of replication.
If the answer is “yes” you will automatically be placed in the queue. We will then inform you of an approximate time range when we expect to start working on your order (At this point there is no obligation.) and we will send you a pdf permission (consent) form to print and sign.
The Permission (Consent) form grants Model Stix to produce replicas of the board and sell it to the person who placed the order, and also grants permission for Model Stix to use the photos for Advertisement (other conditions may apply).
You will need to sign the form, and then send it to the company that originally made your board.
When they have also signed it please obtain a picture of the completed pdf form and then send Model Stix the hard copy of the form.
When we are ready to work on your order, we will email you the approximate delivery date, and ask for the full payment. (Please be sure you are dealing with the correct people. Our only email address is info@modelstix .com. ).
After we receive both of these, construction of your new personal customised miniature board will commence.
Modelstix will deliver the product by courier. However, you may also pick up the final product at Musashino, Tokyo (Please book an appointment by email).
Please check the product thoroughly once the product is in your hand, if you are not satisfied with the product, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
